Stek kyllingen litt om gangen sammen med l\u00f8k, salt og pepper. Kok gr\u00f8nnsakene lett (al dente) i mye vann\/buljong. Ha i tomatpur\u00e8 sammen med kj\u00f8ttet, la det surre. R\u00f8r inn pean\u00f8ttsm\u00f8r. La tykne og spe med vannet \/ buljongen som gr\u00f8nnsakene har kokt i. La putre p\u00e5 svak varme til den tykner.
